Biography:

Dr. Deva K. Borah received the B.E. degree in electronics and communications engineering and the M.E. degree in electrical communication engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India, in 1987 and 1992, respectively. He completed the Ph.D degree in Telecommunications Engineering in 1999 from the Research School of Information Sciences and Engineering, Australian National University, Canberra, Australia. During 1988-1990 and 1992-1995, he worked as a Lecturer at Assam Engineering College, Guwahati, India, and Gauhati University, India. In December of 1999, Dr. Borah began work at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces as an assistant professor.
