Karl H. Agar
Registered Professional Engineer
Dr. Agar has over twenty five years experience in R&D system design
and implementation, system analysis, operations research, modeling
and simulation, and advanced technology transfer addressing R-F, mm
E-O, laser, and computer technologies. Much of his work has been
in Electronic Warfare (EW).
