Extensive general management and leadership experience, knowledge, and skill in Defense Electronics and Environmental Industries attributed to progressive assignment which applied marketing, finance, project management, engineering, manufacturing, material management, and people development. Joined Teledyne Grown Engineering (TBE) in 1990 as Vice President, Operations Division, responsible for Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Materiel Management. In 1992, responsible as Vice President, Operational Development, to implement marketing and process improvements at TBE. In 1993, responsible for a Teledyne Corporate Venture to establish an Environmental Business via joint venture with a Mexican Corporation. From 1986 to 1989, managed the single largest program at Ferranti International Signal (FIS), and was President of FIS subsidiary, ISC Aerospace, Inc., a company personally started up to execute the program. Prior to FIS was at Hughes Aircraft Company as a key Program and Engineering Manager, consistently assigned to critical programs and promoted to the fourth management level.
